You can opt out of further text communications at any time by replying STOP to the SMS number used by uDent iFix to contact you. We may send you a final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive marketing SMS messages from us.

We may share your mobile phone number with service providers with whom we contract to assist us with these activities.
You acknowledge that Text Messages are distributed through third-party mobile network providers and, therefore, we cannot control certain factors relating to message delivery. Depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier, it may not be possible to transmit a Text Message successfully, and content may not be available through all carriers.
We do not claim or guarantee the availability or performance of this service, including with respect to transmission delays or message failures. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not share personal information that we collect or that you provide as described in this Policy except in the following circumstances:

Mobile Tech RX. Mobile Tech RX may be used as a workflow, business management, estimating, repair, or operational service.

Mailing List or Newsletter. By registering for a mailing list or newsletter, a User’s email address may be added to a contact list used to send commercial or promotional information concerning the Website, Company, products, or Services.
